Happy Valentines day shout out to the staff here they are the absolute best. I can safely and securely be at rest knowing my room is clean because between the kind sweethearted woman who checks on my room and the young man I see working overtime in the halls literally on his knees scrubbing surfaces I couldn't imagine they'd miss anything. The front desk is anything short of amazing ud83dudc4f. I've talked to 3 and they are all very very kind and professional.

Mainstay charged my card for 109 dollars even though i DID NOT go there! Thats effed up how they take peoples money!!

Nice modern hotel, only complaint is that it smells terrible. Air from unit had a sour odor plus the carpet smelled like pet urine in the living room area. My mother had the room next to ours and it still had the sour musty smell but not the urine odor. Asking the management (who were very accommodating) to let us see if another room would be better we were able to go into a second floor room briefly and decide if wanted to move rooms. Neither my wife and I could tell if there was much improvement and so we stayed in our original room, but it is pretty bad to us. We realize many people might not be so sensitive but this will keep us from using this hotel again in the future. They really should not have carpeted floors in a “pet friendly” hotel. I was told that the carpet is steam cleaned after pet visits but this did not seem likely, the room had not even been vacuumed and the bathroom floor needed hair mopped off of it. We have traveled extensively for years and it is not often that I feel like I need to write a negative review, but this place did not make a good first impression. There needs to be a better way to get fresh air into these rooms.

Very clean..niiiiice rooms. Staff is great. Breakfast is awesome..full breakfast. Great comparible prices..hunter is the man!
