I needed a place to stay for a night. I saw good reviews about this hotel and they match what I experienced. The room was clean and looked like the pictures. The check in process was smooth. The place is not too far from the highway, it's quiet, plenty of parking and it felt safe at night. The room also has a kitchen which is a plus.
This is the BEST extended stay hotel!!! There is plenty of parking. It is easy to load and unload. The employees are so kind and helpful. Upon entering the lobby, it is clean, bright and welcoming. The suites are clean, quiet and are well supplied. Housekeeping goes above and beyond. The laundry room is clean and everything is in working order. I would definitely recommend this property for business or pleasure. Bonus—It’s only an hour away from the Big Easy. ud83dude0a
Great hotel and staff recommend a stay
The room was ok for the most part but staff members are rude and not friendly at all. I traveled over 400 miles and when it was time to check in the front desk tried to charge me a extra $20 a day on top of early check in. And when I refused to pay him that we got a real nasty attitude with me. I have never experienced anything like that before from a hotel.
