I had to find a place while working out of town. This is a motel chain I have used before in different locations. The man I spoke with in the after hours check in was nice and friendly. He got me in and out pretty quick and I got in my room. Once in the room, it was okay but not great. The lighting in the room seemed very poor, somewhat bleak. The bathroom had a terrible yellow light that only turned on with the fan which drives me nuts. The bathroom tub had lots of stains on it and mold on the base of the shower curtain. It was a very dated room in my opinion. The bed was comfortable and clean, though the sheets had been very worn. There was fraying on the sheets and even a burn hole from someone who smoked I am assuming (it was a smoke free room). There was decent noise from outside the window as well, people talking and what not. This isn't the facilities fault, but annoying non the less. To summarize: It is dated and not the cleanest. It is not the quietest either. For the price you could probably get something better, but works in a pinch.
Much better place then most other places , yes it needs minor renovations but loved the separate living room / office from bedroom and 2 tvs one in bedroom the other in livingroom.
The new ownership is really taking pride in this place! It has a fresh navy blue, white & gray paint job. And the rooms are gradually getting upgrades & updates! Awesome!
The atmosphere at the motel was awesome, customer service was on point, cleanliness was wonderful. My overall experience there was A+. I will recommend America's Best Value to others.
We were there for work.paid 2 weeks rent.Job ended early.would not refund us 3 days..second time for work again.1st and 2nd,days saw roaches,went told them to come spray.stayed for a week never cleaned my bathroom nor sink area in hall.nHall. Was gonna be longer than week,told them didn't want to pay for week again,cause of what happened before.asked for daily rate $80. Way to much for this kind of motel.not happy.
