Hampton Inn Gonzales was a good choice. All of the staff that I encountered were courteous. The room was clean, the shower was hot and the bed was comfy. Convenient breakfast after checkout of grab n go breakfast sandwiches, muffins and coffee. I would stay here again.

First of all ask for king room. Got double. Got in room and air was not working. By the time we found this out hotel was booked up. Not a very good stay. Hampton is supposed to be better than this

Stayed there on Feb 27. There was crumbs on the floor throughout. Mold in the shower, the baseboards were pealing from the wall , and the curtains would not close. We walked to counter to check in and there was not a sole around. Waited with others who needed to check in at approximately 1 pm for 10 minutes. still no on around.nFinally dialed 0 on wall phone and a young man with shaved head appeared. He was not at all pleasant and told us check in would not be until 3 pm. Upon check out , still no one at the desk to get a receipt.

I was trying to call Home 2suites to get some information but there phone was having issues. I ended up calling Hampton Inn to ask the questions I was gonna ask Home 2suites and I spoke with Shawna she was able to answer the questions I had. She was very nice polite and Super friendly you can tell she is all about providing great customer service thank you Shawna your a sweetheart! I appreciate your help.

I love staying at the Hampton inn in Gonzales, LA. The staff is friendly, the rooms are big, and clean. This is a quiet hotel.
