Rooms are average at best for the price, besides the TV needs some serious updates. Staff was friendly at check in. Management on the other hand, rude and cheap AF. I paid in advance online via hotels.com. First the job I was going too, got delayed a day, and then cut short a day. So 2 days I didn’t stay they would not refund me for. And basically walked away after telling me “too bad” Don’t waste your money, go someplace else, unless you enjoy wasting money.

I recently stayed here and the room was good no problem. But when i needed a room for this pass 2 days before the hurricane Laura hit they were very rude at the desk and they did not care that they lied about my reservations. I booked them on Wed.evening and was suppose to check in that thrusday at 2pm. So mind u i got emails, confirmation#, and everything. So as i go to check in they tell me they couldn't find my reservations. So i then gave them the confirmation# and name they still say they didnt have it. So i called priceline who i always book with give them the number everything went through. So they tried to contact the hotel for 3hrs. even i tried to call them cause i had left at this point. They finally answered me i gave them my name and the lady rudely said lady we dont have a room for you priceline is gonna refund u your money and hung up. Then they wait 3 hrs to tell priceline that they cancelled my booking due to the hurricane mind u i live in a area close by that i couldnt stay there due to the weather the reason why i booked the room. They rude, nasty, unprofessional people and if you are gonna book with them dont pay online cause they will sell your room for cash like they did my room they are rip offs. Cause how everybody else picked the reservations up but they couldn't damn liars.ud83dude21ud83dude21Never again. Oh and still haven't heard from management.

The young lady at the front desk, early this afternoon, went out of her way to help my mother and I. We are traveling from Florida to Texas. My mom is elderly and handicap. The clerk made check in as expedicious as possible. She was so patient, professional and kind. We had simply hoped for a ground floor room. She expertly rented us one right by the office, directly across from where I parked the handicap van and exactly where the ramp is. The room itself is a handicap room with all the amenities. This hotel is attractive, very clean and fairly priced. The clerk scheduled today (7/24/20) at 11:00am knows her stuff and made an incredible difference in a stressful situation.

Arrived late for a 1night stay. Room 203. We were exhausted, I checked the bed which appeared ok. We slept. Next morning when the sun was up, I could see that the place was not clean, omg especially the bathroom... there were splatter stains on the walls, black like automotive grease, the toilet had a dark ring, floor was dirty. It was very clear that other than clean sheets, nothing else was. They had a sign up saying that they only rent to out of towners, and the traffic was light, no heavy turnovers IT WAS JUST DIRTY FOR NO REASON, EVEN IN A PANDEMIC, SHAME, SHAME,SHAME !!!

Over priced, the rooms where clean, however the drains don't drain well and the coffee maker had no basket
