They have mice who survive off of guest trash. Trash bags were lined up when l arrived. Food all down the hallways on each floor every day. There were three mice found in three different rooms. Don't have any food or smell good in your room. It was scary to see one actually ran from under the couch. Especially when l reported hearing nose and seeing rat droppings on my nightstand. Here's the killer part a worker knew where it would be hiding. Fix the problem y'all! The staff was very professional although they are fully aware of their living quarters. This should have never happened! Yet they tried to fix the problem right in front of me with sticky traps. I was so traumatized by it even being in my room! Thank God for the Hilton who accommodated me in such a short notice.
Comfortable beds and a nice friendly staff along with a hot breakfast
Room was very clean. Professional and pleasant staff.
A really good deal. Friendly staff, a nice clean room with open spaces and nice Decor. They even had a hot breakfast that was still available although it was in your own room. My only complaint is that water stains in the toilet should have been cleaned.
