Let me start this off by saying the person working the front desk was so nice and friendly. The room on the other hand was disgusting! There were red stains by both beds on carpet, there was zero attempt to even clean bathroom, shower doors were filthy, inside shower was filthy, sink was disgusting and not cleaned either to include faucets not even wiped down.. bathroom sink was also stopped up, figured that out when I simply went to wash my hands. We only stayed one night but had I booked the room longer I would have taken my business elsewhere. I would not stay here again. Definitely pick a cleaner place with better cleaning staff.
The room is nice. Beds comfortable. Staff is friendly. The shower barely has any water pressure and the water doesnt even get hit enough to steam the bathroom.
The staff were friendly and the location was convenient for my stay. Not the cleanest but also not the dirtiest compared to other hotels I've been to.nThe shower was a bit dirty with mildew along the caulking, water spots on the glass shower doors, some orange streaks down the front of the shower pan, and black shoe prints inside. The chair side table had grease spots all over it.nThis hotel had plenty of options for food within a 20 minute drive.
No water pressure. Bathroom sink stopped up. I’ve been here 5 days and house keeping has yet to service room. Trash in room when I checked in. Last night, after I took my dribble shower, I had to use 3 hand towels to dry off because my haven’t been brought back. I’ve reported all this to the front desk but nothing has changed. There’s other hotels in the area. I suggest checking with them before staying here. This is a fairly new hotel. It’s sad that they have such poor management.
We stayed here Labor Day weekend, great service! Clean room, AC worked great! Very accommodating to our pet! Highly recommend!
