The ONLY reason I am giving 1 star is because the clerk working the front desk last night, August 15 was very polite and understanding. I booked a double room for 2 days for myself, my sister and her 3 kids because we don't have hot water at home. Once we were moved to 3 different rooms in less than a half an hour we realized there's no hot water in the entire hotel and one of the 3 rooms didn't have a/c. The clerk kindly let me know she would be contacting her manager to get this issue fixed. So because it was already almost 11 o'clock at night, we had to bathe the kids as well as ourselves in cold water and get in the bed. Once I woke this morning I went back to the front desk to discuss what would be done about this. I stood there unnoticed for 5 minutes while the clerk played a video game on the computer and was only noticed after I coughed for the 6th time. He informed me that the plumber was set to arrive shortly and it would be an easy fix, so I would be able to take a shower in less than an hour. It's now been an hour and a half, no plumber and still no hot water!! I asked if I would receive any compensation and was told no, I asked politely who I could contact about this and was told there's no one above him because this hotel is privately owned. So you are telling me that I just spent $125 for 2 nights in the middle of a pandemic to have no hot water, nor receive any kind of compensation? I'm not asking for a complete refund, hell I wasn't even expecting half but something could have been offered. If by chance someone knows how to contact the owner of this hotel please let me know!!

The price was right but we were wrong. The clerk at the front was more interested in his video games than in helping customers, the sheets and comforter were stained but clean, the sprinkler cover fell off (it was being held up by an old napkin), and the towels were threadbare. Benefits: it was cheap, well-lit, the ac worked, and quiet (mostly)

Clean rooms, low prices, VERY convenient

Went thru Priceline and got the room for less than $50. Have done this several times, pool is never in working order and neither are the laundry services but all in all it’s a very quiet hotel and the rooms are fairly clean. U are kinda surprised at how large of a space the rooms are when u first walk in. But there’s no smoking in the rooms and that’s always a plus. Good location just wish they’d clean the pool and let us swim!!

Made reservations for a week stay $372.72. Ended up having to cancel. Cancelled 24 hrs in advance. Called to make sure cancellation was received and when to expect a refund. Female that answered my call was rude. Couldn’t find reservation or cancellation. Then gave be a bogus number to call ended up being a Raceway. Called back she wanted to continue giving me the run around then said oh here it is it will take 7-10 days for refund. My husband called back 7 days later and again rude female at desk run around then said 7-14 days. Wow obviously she has no clue! I need my money back and can’t get an answer. Just rude run around!!!! I’m not done!
