Do not sign a contract with these people before talking to your insurance agent. Do not allow Premium Roofing to talk to your insurer. You can do that yourself. Allowing Premium Roofing to discuss wiith your insurance means you must use them or pay them 30% of what the insurance will pay. Example: If your insurance will pay $8,000 for a new roof but you find a better company to replace the roof, you must pay Premium Roofing $2,400 to go with the other company. They do unprofessional work and do not follow through on work to be completed. They gave me the run around on painting my water- damaged ceiling...never done. I sent pictures of shoddy roof repairs and they came back to repair. But what about shoddy work I can't see or take pictures of? Do not use this company, it is all a scam. They dont even give estmates and they want you to give them the check the insurance cuts for you, with your name on it. Only scammers operate this way.
