Elite Roofing Representative (Chris) was hands on during each step of the installation. He was thorough and responsive to any questions and concerns. The Office Manager, Lizette worked with Chris and the Homeowner to ensure the payment process involving the insurance and mortgage companies were complete and equitable. Overall, it was a great experience with an awesome looking roof! I would highly recommend Elite Roofing to anyone in need of roofing work.
I had roof damage from a storm #2020 and I contacted many roofing companies in my area! I finally decided on using Elite Roofing (best choice I’ve ever made!) Chris from Elite Roofing was professional, relational, and answered every question I had, upgraded my shingles, and got me a quick turnaround on installation! They did an amazing job on my roof, from start to finish! I am VERY happy with the end result and I would recommend using to anyone! 5 stars for me!
Excellent customer service from start to finish. The owner, project manager, and crew all went out of their way to ensure my complete satisfaction. The quality of the workmanship and the installation were top notch. The follow up after the job was completed to check on things was terrific. Communication throughout the entire process was timely, clear, and concise. I was kept well informed at all times. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for a new roof.
