Replaced a 15 year old roof that had seen better days, and Bone Dry came in with a fair estimate, incredibly great communication through every (and I stress EVERY step) and with a crew that finished in a few hours. They were extremely careful to cover plant areas and placed plywood to avoid any possible damage to the neighbors property. Will was excellent in taking pictures to show the steps taken to accomplish the install. They truly want to meet your customer expectations and to leave you with the feeling of a job well done.

They were timely on their appointment time, straight forward on the repair with details and cost, and communicated throughout the whole process. They have us a reminder call the day before, on their way out and when they completed the job along with several photos of before and after. Then conveniently, they have a link to make payment. Without a doubt, I would recommend them and plan on using them again for all of our rental properties!
