I called asking about a small roofing patch near Louisville , and the gentleman on the phone was so helpful he gave me detailed instructions on how to fix it myself to save me some money. Really amazing customer service. Also gave me a primer on other tops for taking care of the roof. If we ever need a new roof in Louisville I'm going to call them again.

Josh came out within the hour and was very professional. He looked everything over and even gave me some great advice in case we ever do experience any leaks.
