I called ProClaim Roofing to look at a leak in my roof. They were able to come the next day and did a detailed inspection (roof & attic) to ensure they provided an accurate analysis. They were very honest and explained that it was actually a simple, inexpensive repair, not one that would drain my savings. Due to damp weather, they had to come back 2 days later and the source of the leak was fixed very quickly. I am very pleased with their honestly, knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism. I highly recommend ProClaim Roofing!
Rick and Clelland managed our 50-square roof replacement with new gutters and fascia. They and their contracted roofing and gutter teams were fast, on-time, polite, and good communicators. They patiently listened to my questions and ideas and offered their expertise or that of their contractors in response. We hope we don't need a new roof again anytime soon, but if we do, we'll be sure to call ProClaim again!
My wife and I worked with ProClaim to repair a leaky garage roof and replace the old flashing. ProClaim's prices were very fair, and communication was excellent. The contractors were very polite and did an outstanding job. They worked hard to choose matching shingles and to ensure the new flashing blended well and looked clean and neat. We can't recommend the manager Clelland highly enough. He manages jobs well, is very friendly and super communicative. Thanks again for all your help and advice!
We have been very happy with and impressed by Clelland and those who work with him. We have used Proclaim on 2 different occasions now. They do great work, are timely, and take the time to educate. On top of all that, Clelland has come out twice to answer our questions about problems we were having. He saved us money by telling, my husband how he could fairly easily fix the problem himself. There is no doubt they put the customer first and really care.
Great company, great customer service. Its rare to find a roofing contractor who is honest and ethical but these guys do it. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for roof, gutters or gutter guards.
