R&B Roofing and Remodeling

Communication is poor with R&B. Scott will say whatever he can to close the deal. Only time heard from Scott was beginning and very end trying to collect. Other then that he could care less how job is done or quality of finish work. Been few months since job completed and still waiting on countertop to be fixed. Drywall seams showing all over on ceiling and walls. Screw pops and areas that where poorly sanded. Back splash waves and they said its the wall. The wall that they hung new drywall and fixed. Floor look nice but can feel debris under then when walking. Wasn’t cleaned up properly. When I bring these issues up was told nitpicking. I just want everything fixed and looking like it should. Have pictures to show all work that needs fix. Sent pictures to Scott with no response to resolution. Was told his concierge department will contact me within 3 days. Still waiting on resolution.

Got approved for a 20k loan for some remodel work. Steve set a time for a guy to come out and they put it in the wrong date. No biggie things happen. The guy comes out says they can do all of it. Now we already had windows roof windows and floor replaced. They would be doing the hvac drywall finish paint doors trim. And finish the rest of the house. But, because it’s not a full job they don’t want to do it as a piece job. The issue isn’t them refusing it the issue is 2 weeks ago they were suppose to give me a price and let me know. Their office is unable to tell me the guy that came out wouldn’t tell me only Steve would. Gave 3 stars as I took the financing and giving it to a competitor.

I have a house that I had the gutters replaced last fall. I have been working on a couple of properties and to be honest never came back to inspect the work that was done like I should have. This summer I had a contracted wrapping up some work on the house and he told me that my gutters were leaking. I came out in a couple of weeks while it was raining to inspect... and to my surprise it was the worst professional job I have ever had done for anything. One of the corner joints was not screwed or caulked so rain was running straight down the side of the house. On one corner they had broke a flood light and did not say anything. Three of the downspouts were not aligned correctly and completely came out of the upper gutter downspout, again not anchored or screwed together. One downspout, the lower 2 1/2 feet was just crammed up in the other piece, and again not anchored or screwed together, So, when it rained, it just fell off. I had been picking up screws and pieces of cut sheet metal in year already so their clean up was half done. Maybe because they knew the house was going to be sold they would just go through the motions. When I called it took them several days for them to show up thats right show up (no call or appointment), they just showed up while no one was there and started supposedly fixing it. I told him I wish someone had called me so that I could show them the issues, (WE DONT NEED YOU HERE) was his response. After the installer was finished he called me and treated me like a two year old and was the most condescending customer representative I have ever dealt with. I came out to the house the next day, only to find about half of the issues were fix and i received a nasty text stating my problems were because I had not cleaned out my gutters. I called the installation manager, not much better, he had never been to the house but said he would talk to him about his attitude. Latter I saw where the installer or someone one his team threw their trash in my fire pit, including plastic M_DEW bottles. Total disrespect is the best I can describe these guys. Bottom line, unless you want to fix flats on you mower, have your downspouts pop out and fall off and be talked to like you are an idiot, I would use someone else.

Somewhat disappointed. When we called we got an estimate right away. Roof was done in the next week. Workers were good. Unfortunately we had a leak a couple weeks later. Called 4 times. Was told each time someone would get back to us. That was 2 months ago! This company is probably ok, but if you have a problem don’t expect them to fix it.

Workers were super nice while at my home replacing our roof. They went around my house numerous times to make sure all debris were picked up, you would have never guessed a roof was replaced. All I can say is WOW! and thanks for a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend R&B to anyone looking for a professional company to work withnGreat Job!!!
