We used Brett Hayes because they did my son's roof replacement and they did a great job on his. We dealt with Matthew Davis. Mr. Davis was very professional and explained everything that would happen. He was excellent dealing with the insurance adjuster and the insurance company.nnThe crew that came and did the roof was EXCELLENT. They went above and beyond to do a great job. They were efficient and thorough. They finished the roof quickly and did a great job on clean up. We had a lot of yard ornaments and didn't even think to move them but the crew did so that nothing got broken. I can't say even great things about Mr. Davis the roofing crew and Brett Hayes. I will recommend them to everyone who needs a new roof. Great job Brett Hayes, the roofing crew and Mr. Davis.

Brett Hayse Exterior Specialists did a great job replacing our roof. It was an easy process. Dan was very professional and helpful. They showed up when they said they would and finished the work in 2 days.

Do Not Use This Company!nMy husband is a retired Army Officer of over 20 years Active Duty and a Combat Veteran. He used this company in good faith hoping for a good job. He turned over $10,000. in insurance money to them and over 6 months later they had still not replaced the roof or done any repairs to it ,which continued to leak the whole time. A year after they finally replaced the roof they have sued my husband and placed a lien on the home because they say they didn’t receive enough money .nMy husband had to get up on the roof to try to repair the shoddy job they did because it has continued to leak .nDo not trust them!nnUpdate to Bret Hayes response:nnAre you saying when my husband spoke weekly to your representative and employee, that wasn’t communication?nAre you saying when you and your lawyer teleconferenced with my husband , that wasn’t communication?nUSAA had to come back out to the house and inspected your work and gave us a report of faulty installation of roof( on your part) that caused it to leak inside home ( causing $1000.s in additional damage inside of house) and we both know you are aware of the damage .nAnd please, anytime you need to speak to my husband .. ask your lawyer. He knows how to reach him , remember?

We give Brett Hayse Exterior Specialists five stars. Dan Elleson explained everything that would be done. He demonstrated excellent customer service skills. The work was completed in two days, and the workers cleaned up nicely. My husband and I will recommend Brett Hayse and Dan to all our friends who need a new roof.
