This hotel had many positive qualities. The staff members were extremely gracious and welcoming. The restaurant and lounge were nice, and the food was good. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only suggestion I might make for a better experience is more rigorous cleaning. (Dust and other dirt had accumulated on some surfaces throughout.)
I had wonderful service. My housekeeper was super nice. She helped me and wife to work the coffee maker. She also set my clock cause I thought it was broke. But it wasn't. She brought us more coffee and towels as soon as I ask. Great job. So pleased. Her name I think was shelby or that's what she said it was. She was the sweetest person going out of her way to help us elderly
Great hotel! On a recent visit to see my son in the Army, we stayed here. The decor was nice, as was the staff. Nice bar with really good food! Nice covered patio out back overlooking nice grounds and pool area. Close to everything. Clean, affordable, great value!
Rooms are clean...Tv has a good selection of channels.nnWe had three rooms booked on the week coming up to labor day weekend and not a single one of them did not have an issue. The moved my sister and her husband, with two children, into a room with a king bed and a couch, telling them that a double room was not available at all. Reasonable, IF NOT that we had a vacant room booked for an incoming family member that was set up as a double.nnToilet broken in one room for four days.nBathtub, Shower non functioning in one roomnHairdryer, not that they do anything, not working in another room.nnTables from breakfast on patio were not bussed until bar 'crowd' showed up at 8pm.nnI would like to thank MANAGEMENT for refunding some money, but I cannot give an extra couple of stars because the support staff, at the absence of the manager, spoke loudly and rudely about my family being a hassle and the manager being a push over.nnHad we not had a family member in hospice at the Medical Center nearby, we would have moved immediately. Don't come unless you have to.
Love!!!nnWe're here for a night and everything has been a breeze.nnBy the time I had our son and bags out of the car, my husband had checked us in, and the front desk was amazing. When we booked online earlier in the day it placed us on the 2nd floor, and they were able to place us on the ground floor with pool access - we had one SUPER happy seven year old!!nnThey personally ran down to housekeeping and got us an extra blanket when we asked for one, and the room is great!nnCouldn't have asked for a better stay!
