If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The building is so old and run down. The carpets are stained and dirty. The hotel is supposed to be nonsmoking. My first room smelled like smoke from the minute I walked in it. There were questionable stains on the bedspread. The furniture was all old. Paint was chipping off the walls. The blinds and curtains had tears and holes in them. I felt like this is the type of hotel you would for sure bring home bed bugs from. The receptionist was nice when I came back and asked for another room. She gave me a room 2 doors down. The smoke smell was gone but I couldn’t get over the dirty carpets and chipped walls and the mildew in the bathtub. I didn’t even get all the way in the room before I saw a roach climbing down the bathroom wall. I immediately walked out and took my bags to my car and came in and demanded a refund. No way this place is 3 stars!!
Honestly this is a home away from home for me. The staff has become family and I am genuinely happy to see them each time. Conveniently located by some great places to eat..Yes Fuji Express this one is for you.
This was one of the worst places I've stayed. First room they have us, had vomit on the chair. I them went to front desk, he gives me a room on the third floor. There was someone sleeping on the couch as you got off the elevator. I opened the door of our room and was very upset. If I didn't just get done driving 13 hours, I would have tried to find a different place to stay. I had to clean the room before I could even do anything. Bathroom was not cleaned at all. The manager offers me 10% off. I will never stay there again.
Checked into room. Gave me a handicap bathroom. Ok fine. Went to take a shower. Came outside to find the carpet soaked with water. Got room changed but they said it was my fault. They said I triggered the smoke alarm by smoking. Which was not the case. Next morning they charged me for the damage said it would cost them 250 to fix it. Honestly regret staying there.
Over priced for sure based on quality of the room and service. Outside doors do not work properly. The new restaurant and lobby looks fantastic however the food is something I would order for my canine Mexican style
