Hotel was nice. But the water wasn't even warm in the shower and had NO water pressure. Other than this it was a clean room and newly remodeled.

It was good. Not great but I would definitely still come back. Great area close to alot of places.

I wish I would have known that I had the room right next to the main lobby. It was very noisy and I could hear every car that pulled into the parking lot. Next time I will request a room farther away.

Rooms are pretty good. There are 3 outlets to plug boats up on the outside of the building. We are this close to Lake Lanier and there are only 3! Also, the coffee was ice cold and the person downstairs told me she would not make anymore for another hour. I would not come here if you are fishing or if you expect decent customer service. If you just need a room, you'll be ok.

I’m eight months pregnant and our air conditioning went out so naturally we needed to stay until it was fixed. We have a two year old and he freaked out being in a new place and we decided to check out the next morning. I’ve gone back and forth with these people waiting for the general manager to shop up to release the funds for the rest of the nights we paid for. The operations manager Kara is probably the worst person I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Immediately she had an attitude and told me that she couldn’t do anything until her manager got there. I got very upset being that I’m pregnant and dealing with someone unwillingly to help. She then hung up threatening to call the cops on me for harassment because I raised my voice. Could you blame me for having to deal with somebody as rude as her? I’m pregnant I’m literally going to go into pre term labor because of this nonsense. She also lied to Expedia saying she couldn’t release the funds when apparently she can she just wouldn’t do it. I now have been emailing the general manager for days with no response. No idea when he will decide to show up to work. Expedia has been helpful and are waiting for this guy but this place is terrible. Save your money and sanity and don’t take your business here !!
