My aunt lives in this community, and since covid-19 she has been tight on money and this place is STILL charging late-fees to it's residents during this pandemic. They charged her an initial $50 and $15 a day after that.
Park is well maintained.
Honestly terrible place. The manager is never at the office and the so called “staff” are a bunch of rude guys. I’m just waiting for a good house to pop up and move out of this terrible place.
Would give it less ,but they need to comdem the place and put a Krystal burgers there ,, this mhp is worth your time looking at I'll give it below 100 stars
There too much crime in that area and it desperately need some TLC on the pool/playground and the (I think) soccer field in the back. It would greatly help the community help keep it clean and nice looking. It used to be so nice and clean but the office has let things go too far without some elbow grease.
