Four Seasons

I have to say without Ms. Carmen and Katie I would not have a place to stay I am one of the residents sometimes I am very wrong I apologize and look at myself as well. I have to say that the staff here works really hard and I love them they always make things right. The staff is caring understanding makes you laugh and lifts you up when you need it. I have learned to appreciate my home God and Ms. Carmen and Ms. Katie Sacareria put over my head and I fight hard with everything I got. I make sure I do right by them and not get over on Ms. Carmen and Ms. Katie Sacareria it is called communication in advance and never bit the hand that feed you. I have a home that I am very grateful and thankful for. Four seasons is quite clean and maintenance always fixes things I appreciate them to they work really hard friendly and nice. 2020 at the end was very rough and I worked the whole time and sometime fail short I had late fees 1 eviction filed I worked until I got my rent paid up. I made a lot of mistakes in 2020 and I learned a lot of hard lessons in 2020. I dont take nothing for granted in 2021 and I am doing this review and thankful for every change Ms. Carmen and Ms. Katie and Sacareria give me. Let me clear that up no I get no hand out Im late I get a late fee to late eviction is filed. I am just thanking office staff and maintenance When you speak positive and light it will come to you so to the people reading my review about four seasons it is a great place to stay. I pray that everyone have a better year in 2021. You will have ups and downs in life but God or your higher being will be right by your side so to whoever feels like there are not up right now you will be keep working hard even when people say you can not do it Ms. Carmen Ms. Katie Sacareria and maintenance will be by your side but remember your part do right be positive pay on time struggle is real communicate and come with a positive solution to your problem and fix it it is your responsibility not there's. Horrible experience. My money was taken from me and my family almost $3,500 and I do not live on this property at all, never moved in because they refused to supply my home with an electrical box. Money was given to them on September 25,2020 I wasn't told about my home finally being move in ready until I called for my refund on November 10th, 2020. They both stated that my home was now ready if I still wanted it which by this point I was forced to move somewhere else or be homeless until they or as they put it, at the will of the county when they decided to distribute electricalboxes to the house. I have never set foot in the home besides showing and they still have not given me a refund of my money. When I called today November 24, 2020 I was told last week it would be in the mail to me by Monday which I informed them I no longer lived at my previous address why didn't they just call me to confirm my address they then stated it would be in the office on Monday November 23,2020 and she would call me as soon as it got in. No one called Monday so I called this morning Tuesday they asked me again if I recieved my check in the mail and I informed them I was supposed to be picking it up she then stated it wasnt there they would call me when it came. I asked for a date and was told I could not get a date to just wait for a call. I've been waiting for calls for the last two months and no one calls back even when you leave voicemails and emails, which she then asked me to do before hanging the phone up on my face and not picking back up when I called back in. I have been very patient and tried to be understanding even when my family was basically homeless waiting to move in to this home which I never moved into but now I am not even given the courtesy of receiving a refund in a professional and timely matter. I asked for a refund in the beginning of November it is almost December and they still can't respond back with a proper date for me to pick it up so that I can be done with this negative chapter in my family's life. I didn't want to write this review and could have done so months ago but today was my last straw when the sales rep lady Kate hung up on me rudely. I work in reception work and the professionalism she displayed was non existent.

JR is man. I do alot of work hear at this community and JR always is very helpful

It's a good quote place to live, with nice trailers, and most of the people are polite, it's a good place to live.

This hotel is in a drug infested area. The rooms are over priced and not up to standards
