Do not stay here until after they remodel - whenever that might be.nnThey patched paint in many places with a color that was a little off. There was a missing towel rack on the wall. Only half the lights in the bathroom worked and the lighting near the mirror outside the bathroom sucked so I had to grab my own mirror and put on my makeup near the window. The smoke alarm was hanging off the wall without a battery. I think they were missing artwork because one was was blank except for a nail or something. The beds are very lumpy and squeaky. The desk chair had a sticky substance on it. The other chair had many large stains all over it. The toilet ran all day and night. And I'm hoping the 2 bugs I found on the ceiling in the bathroom right before I left were both silver fish.nnAlso, even though I'm a member and they were nowhere near capacity, they wanted to charge me to check out at 1pm.nnBut hey, the lobby was nice and the gentleman who helped me check in Saturday night was nice and very helpful. He is the reason they got a second star.

I REALLY enjoyed my stay last night! I brought my own bedsheets & pillow from home....and I ENJOYED the fitness center!!! I felt VERY SAFE:) oh and I LOVED the Palm Trees:)

STAY AWAY!!!! Absolutely disgusting place. Weird smells throughout. Stained floors and furniture. Bug infested.nnAny decent company would offer a refund, but this is not a decent company. So, they have non-refundable reservations to trap their unsuspecting customers-turned-victims.

I reserved a room around 6:30 on New Years Eve and I arrive at 7:45pm on New Years Eve, the cancelled my room because I miss a phone call. They claim that they call me 4 times. Even if I miss a call why would they cancelled my room? I ask to speak with the manager, she wasn't there and they refused to call and let me speak to her. At that time on New Years Eve they wasn't accepting cash it was card only. I felt bad for the guy who couldn't buy his snacks from the snack area because they wasn't accepting cash. I want go back and I want recommend any one else to go there. Bad Bad customer service. And they can use some ethnic training course also. Need to say no more
