I was very surprised when getting to my room , nothing like the pictures I’ve seen. I expected it to b I guess more updated gave me motel vibes . The bed however was very comfortable I slept great so if it’s just a night or two you’ll survive. Check out was at 11 must be out by exactly 11 I was heading out at 11:01 with being greeted by a worker lol. I picked this place to see if it was something I’d consider other than my usual and I don’t think that I will be back. decent stay tho overall stay was great
The price of the room was very attractive, and the quality and cleanliness of the room was definitely better. I really liked that there was a EV car charger handy, which is the reason we chose to stay here. The front desk staff were all very friendly and inviting. I appreciate when hotel staff treat guests like more than just a customer.
Clearly THE NIGHT “MANAGER” is the problem! While she managed to be in the back her whole shift besides when i came to front desk !.....n3rd shift front desk was very delayed (as far as comprehension . I gave her my card information she saw me multiple times in a matter of 5 minutes and caught amnesia when i gave her my information to get back into my room . And when i walked away she decided too mumble whatever she mumbled..... i work front desk in Myrtle beach usually we ask for information a customer would normally not know if the room isn’t in their name . Which i provided my WHOLE VISA NUMBER AND NAME AND ADDRESS ! Clearly she needs help . Other than her irritating me everything else was fine . But i don’t think I’ll be coming back
The front desk attendant was very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean, comfortable, and contained the usual amenities. They spaced out the guest rooms to maintain social distancing.
Needs to be cleaned!nSticky floors and elevator’s buttons. Dirty room, lots of hair under the mattress, they should really consider vacuum their beds once in while, cause it’s gross. Bathroom wasn’t fresh either, shampoo was half empty, and again sticky hairdryer.nLady at the front desk was nice. Room is spacious.
