They did a great job on my roof. It's whole new with 15 year guarantee. My contact was the manager who was a very nice and accommodating guy. The service was good, very responsive. They got the whole crew of 10 and finished the job in one day. The price was reasonable and negotiable. Highly recommended!!!

Showed up on time and even adjusted his schedule for my last minute time change. I received 3 quotes and Douglasville Roof and Gutter was the best. The tech explained the work to be completed for replacing my entire roof and patio. Seems to be very helpful and knowledgeable. The job took almost 3 days to complete. The work area was always clean at the end of the day and when they completed.
They were priced competitively and communication with them was great. They replaced the roof, hauled away materials and cleaned up. They had to come back to fix one thing but it was a simple fix and they were there the next day. I was happy with my experience with the company.
I called this morning. He came the same afternoon, a little earlier thannwhat he had said, which worked out great for me. The roof and gutter repair went really well.
