The place is usually quiet and kid friendly. The employees are friendly and helpful.
It's cool but the power in some homes keep cutting on and off
So I’ve decided to change my review. They have fixed the problems that needed to be fixed. It was not a good start to living here but I believe they are under new management and are working to make things better. It is a peaceful neighborhood and a nice place to live.
This lace needs a lot of repairs and up grading. The Ladies who run tis park have poor customer servicesnThey give looks at people whom drive through like they've committed crime instead of welcoming.
Do NOT I repeat DO NOT waste your money here not only are they one of the most expensive mobile home communities but they are the WORST!! They never answer the phone and have failed to refund my 1400 security deposit after I asked for it back seeing my house wasn’t ready a MONTH after original date promised!!! They STILL don’t even have a date!!!! They are the WORST!!!!!
