InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Douglasville

Made reservations in advance and when I got there no one was in the office for like an hour and when someone came into the office she told me there were no rooms available but I literally sat there and watched her walk to rooms that was empty and ready!!!! This hotel by far is the most ghetto unprofessional and unsanitary hotel I’ve ever been to! It’s was a last option hotel and even then you still don’t get serviced properly and professionally

I like it, better than these other hood-rat infested places that I have stayed.

A great location and the room was in pretty good shape. However roach infested and dirty. Even trash dumpster was overflowing, a breeding ground for rodents and bugs. Lack of competition in the local area makes this a popular destination so there is no incentive to keep it clean.

Nice tv, nice location, nice pillows. Dirty carpet and fridge and sink in bathroom was molded and hanging from the wall about to fall.

Still current guest but so far it hasn't been terrible but not the greatest. Considering they ask you to wear masks in common areas you'd think the rooms would be cleaner. I'm literally having to scrub the floor that has no carpet because it has a gross film on it (turns out it's much lighter in color than I thought it was). Who knows the last time the carpet was cleaned. Was told by the front desk at check-in that housekeeping comes once a week and gives you fresh towels and changes the sheets for you. Nope. You have to wash your own towels. They give you new bed linens to change yourself and you have to wash the comforter yourself. The ac works pretty well but it's old and beat up. There's a slight smell, not sure if it's the ac unit or something else. There's no tub but that is no big deal. There is supposed to be an onsite attendant for after hours. Not sure about that as there was someone playing REALLY loud music outside my door early morning yesterday and when I called I went to voicemail almost right away. My biggest complaint is the bugs. They are pretty bad so bring a can of spray. I will update this post if needed.nUpdate: I am no longer a guest here. That smell turned out to be mold in the ac unit. I used a whole can of bug spray in a couple of days and it didn't seem to put a dent in them. Day 5, maintenance decided to pressure wash the stairs right outside of my room at 8 or 9am. I left 2 days early and went to another extended stay.
