Only at Stewart’s Mill can you pay close to $1500 for rent. Gratefully the rent includes outdated appliances, cheap paint jobs that will peel for the duration of your stay and horrendous customer service regarding their maintenance team tending to your issues. Make this your last resort. You’d likely save money and grief by residing elsewhere.
We've lived here for a few years and have seen several management companies buy and take over the property. The newest take over recently happened and so far I'm super happy with the new management company. They seem to be investing money to fix up the property both outside and inside. Necessary repairs are being made properly and much appreciated! Management staff and maintenance are polite, easy to work with and helpful!
The management team so helpful in finding me an apartment in a short amount of time. I received a job offer and had to move in 2 weeks and they were very accommodating.
