I always stay at this hotel when I visit Douglasville and I have never had a bad experience. The price is reasonable, location is extremely convenient, and the rooms are always clean. I've stayed here at least half a dozen times for several days each time and always prefer to come back than to go elsewhere. Maybe I am not that hard to impress since I am simple and travel rarely but they definitely have earned my businesses!
This was a very nice stay. Staff was friendly, close to food and a shopping mall. The room was spotless and very nice! The breakfast options were pretty decent even with the pandemic. I will definitely stay here again.
Up to date.. the t.v's in the rooms where new and a nice size. But pay attention to what you sign. They fold the paper in half before the give it to you to sign
Clean room, great staff. Water pressure was excellent in room.nVery dog friendly without the extra fees.nOnly downfall is no hot breakfast bc of covid. It would be awesome if there was a hot breakfast option for people who wanted it, or a sack breakfast take and go for people who didn't want it.
Music at 11 pm, room not clean, trash along hallway. Music playing extremely loud in the hotel at 11 pm. Had stayed at this hotel previously and it was great. While the remodel makes the outside of hotel look good the quality, service and staff as well as house keeping of the hotel has gone to hell. If I could give a negative star review I would
