I've stayed here before. And usually have no complaints. But upon this visit my shower did not work til around 10pm. And my toilet was broken. Had to leave hotel to use restroom. Did let front desk know about the situation. And was told to let management know. (Mr. Arvind Vanmall) The maintenance guy Chris I believe was his name. Was definitely very helpful. And did the best he could to help. And definitely make my stay so what comfortable. I wasn't able to take a shower til around 10:30pm which after a long day definitely wasn't my plans. For the prices that are charged for these hotels in this area. You would think rooms would be better kept up and maybe just a little more up to date. But as i said I've stayed here before and loved it. Not wanting to complain to much but definitely expected a better experience.

ud83eudd74When we walked into the lobby, the smell of weed was so strong I almost caught a contact waiting for our room keys. It didn’t seem to bother the clerk though...lol. The service was fine.But our room ud83eudd2fud83dude40 had a 3 inch gap from bottom of the door to the floor. I was concern something was gonna crawl under the door into the roomud83dude31so we put towels to keep them out☹ufe0f. Not saying that they had any kinda infestation, just cautious. Plus, I hate bugs. Overall, the hotel is a little run down and with TLC this hotel has potential.

When I arrived, the toilet and shower were dirty. It took 2 days of requesting housekeeping to get it cleaned I called prior to arrival and they said they would put a coffee pot in the room. This was not done and for 3 days of the 5 there was none in the lobby. To top it off, the elevator was out of commission after the 2nd day here and I am on the 3rd floor. I had a recent injury, so the stairs are a challenge. I travel for work weekly and stay in hotels every week, this was not a pleasant experience.

It wasn't worth the money. Towels were dirty...no remote for tv and loud people at 4am

I was surprised with the quality of the room coupled with the cheap price! The rooms are surprisingly clean, large and well put together.
