I’ve been in the current rental since December 17. I recently sold my Florida home of 25 years and relocated here. I am constructing a new home near by, and need a place to stay close to the construction site. The location of the rental is perfect. Kris was very helpful from beginning to end. I am amazed at his work ethic! He manage to initiate my lease and handle three residents who were initiating rentals all at the same time. I don’t know how he does it. There was an error in the leasing agreement. Kris explained the issue to me with clarity. I needed some documentation to go to closing for the construction project. Jeremiah knew exactly what type of documentation I needed and provided it within an hour. I am very impressed with the service I have received thus far. I would recommend Arbor Village to anyone looking for hassle free renting.

I have lived here for almost a year. It is very neat, clean and super quiet! I feel very safe at night and if something should happen there's always someone on security detail.nAnytime I message about a problem or concern I get almost instant response and service.nThey definitely do an amazing job running this community!!

Didn't get approved because during the pandemic it was difficult for everybody as far as employment and income. The place am renting from now been here 6 half yrs, I paid rent but a few times I paid it late due to the pandemic ,it was nothing I can do I had to wait on unemployment and I had to wait on the 1200 stimulus check and wait to go back to work... I still got my rent paid. I got a good job... gave them everything they wanted and I still got denied. SMH....

I’ve lived here now close to 3 years all the neighbors are very friendly and if anything tears up or breaks down they come out immediately no waiting like some places I’ve lived where it can take up to 2 weeks. Maintenance here is A+ and all the staff is very helpful the owner Brett always gets back to me in a timely manner the outside is always clean you never see any trash laying around you never hear noise outside after dark the last place I lived it was guns being blasted all night long , only thing I ever hear here is a occasion firecracker on Holidays , if your looking for a nice quite peaceful place to live this is it in Douglasville
