The property manager was the only part of our stay that we liked. There were numerous places in the floor of our room where we just about fell through they were so rotten. Our kitchenette sink leaked so bad that it ruined our bag of Dogfood we had placed under the sink. We stayed for a week and we were promised since day 2 that “a plumber will be here tomorrow” which never happened. The hotel owners are ridiculous with no customer service. Like I said, the only pleasant thing about our stay there was the manage. She’s quite sweet and accommodating to the best of her ability.

This place has been under new management for the last year and there has been major improvements in all areas. The WiFi is great. The landscape stays clean, and the staff are extremely nice. Would definitely recommend.

If anyone is looking for a great place to stay while you are in Douglasville Ga. Sunwestern Suites is the place to be for short term or long term living. They are very nice and they will let you look at the rooms before you go waste your hard earned money on a room that's not worth what you are paying for it. They will work with you if you have an honest issue and let them know ahead of time . These are great people to do business with.Its close to I-20 and not far from the mall and Walmart and just a short ride to ATL.Come check them out and you won't be disappointed.

When I first came to look at southwestern suites I was greeted very well and showed rooms towards I could have a choice and I was then informed that it's a community where as we try to stay together and there has been a few issues that has arisen but I can say that they have definitely taken care of the issues that came up just here last couple of days we had a situation with the floor had gotten wet from drainage from a air conditioner that came back in but my point is we told management which was Bobby and he spoke to Alka which is the management of property and they immediately got the contractors that they use and had them come out they put us in another room overnight which in 24 hours this situation was resolved I am very much satisfied with the results behind the issue and I very much appreciate some Western suites for going after way to make sure we were comfortable
