Days Inn by Wyndham Douglasville-Atlanta-Fairburn Road

Rude and unprofessional. Me and my bf stayed here one night and..... First they had roaches.. big no no. And then at around 10 house cleaning came and I informed her about my late checkout at 1 which I had paid for, she said okay and left. Next around 11 the front desk calls just to tell me it’s checkout but when I answered, she realized the late check out and hung up then around 12 here comes house cleaning once again trying to put me out. I felt rushed to leave when I paid extra money to stay late. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.!

It was a pleasant stay and very people friendly employees. Oh and the best bed ever super comfortable.

Walked in room pulled sheets back there were black spots on the sheets, door didn’t close all the way so I had to put my big luggage behind the door (you want to feel secure in outside rooms so this was really nerve wrecking). Check in was easy. I say a plus would be to add cameras not a bad neighborhood or crowded but outside rooms & the doors won’t close all the way. Negative! Security should be a must!

Booked over the phone with diane 1st night jacuzzi room and a standard room which standard room booked for 2 nights. I asked how much for first night both rooms. She said 200 ok, if i keep standard room one more night she said 100. Also i had 2 dogs 1 cat which thats why i had to book a standard room because they dont let pets in jacuzzi room. So after check in i looked at my bank account. 3 transactions one for 60, one for 139.55 and one for 240.20. I called front desk. I was told oh we see what happened i will explain when you come down to front desk. Now mind you the standard room smelled like piss which i told her i would deal with also standard room was supposed to have a king in it and low and behold had just a shower and no tub as well. So stopped at front desk and diane was not there. I explained diane said she would explain what happened but the 2 young people were oblivious to what the situation was then another woman comes out of door for front desk and just says we need you to sign pholio. I stay at wyndham hotels over 60 days a year because me and my husband are truck drivers. This is bad business. I will never stay at this hotel again, btw your housekeeper needs to clean the jacuzzi tubs so that all those pieces of skin dont come out of the jets.. disgusting...DO NOT STAY HERE!! I will also be calling wyndham about the fraud and issues at this property.

Terrible customer service. Tried to change the dates on a reservation that was canceled on accident and they refused to give me a refund so I could rebook the correct dates.
