It is super place for the short and long stay..!!nRooms are nice, clean and ambient..!!!nAll basic needs are available for stay.nStaff and service is incredible.nIt is operated buy Mr. Sam and he is really genuine and kind person with good heart.nnMy stay was simply awesome and cool.nnThank you for such a beautiful stay OYO Hotel Decature ..!!!
This is the worst accommodation ever, description says 2 hotel but it is nowhere near or deserving of even a 1 star. It is a slum within a slum, with outdated, poorly painted and cared for rooms. Best place to get a respiratory infection, based on the concentrated cigarette smells and poorly sealed doors with gaps that permit the entry of dust, smoke and other unpleasant smells.nnIf you are looking for safety, privacy and comfort, this is not the place. If you do manage to tolerate the smoke smell in the non smoking room, ensure you buy shower shoes to avoid catching feet fungus from the poorly kept shower.nnOYO you are On Your Own for a exorbitant none refundable fee.
Omg...they gave me a key to check out the room before paying. It smelled as if someone had just left smoking cigarettes. It was in a bad neighborhood. Needed major upgrades for the prices they asked for. I went a few miles away and found a room much better for $5more that i felt safe in.
The room was clean but the pics are fake and the other reviews have to be fake also.. because the bedding does not match pics nor anything else in the room. No fridge or microwave. They do have Roku TV which is great. It is quiet. People mind their business and for the area it’s as good as you’ll get. They tried to charge me a crazy price I called and complained and they gave me a discount.
NOTHING LIKE WHATS ADVERTISED!!nHORRIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY!!nTHEY KNOW WHAT'S UP AND SET YOU UP!!nnAPPARENTLY OTHER GUEST HAVE HAD SIMILAR NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES With the hotel and the receptionist. How are you to accommodate guest who have unsatisfied experiences AFTER check in? I wasn't shown the room (which didnt match any pics )or the environment before reserving or aware of the energy that your hotel allows to be there, With the parties, loud music, and drug usage there.nnEven with all the back and forth with the receptionist, he still refund to give us paper work regarding us checking out early. No receipt. Just really rude. We also have him on video showing the way he talked to us. Simply because we had a compliant and didn't want to stay? (I will find a way to post the video on google)nnPlease know, Im sending that video and email across all communications of OYO, BOOKING.COM and media.
