Location, location, location!! Located right in the park in front of the carving on the mountain. Rooms are a little dated, but comfortable and large. Our room had 2 double beds, sleeper sofa and two chairs. A desk, tv and 2 rockers on the porch. Wifi was ok.
Beautiful view looking at the front of the mountain. Clean rooms and professional front desk customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to stay at. Thanks guys..
Location is a 5. Size of the room for a family of 5 was great. Service and cleanliness is a 1, so I had to rate in the middle. We traveled on a road trip trying to be as safe a possible with Covid around and walked into a dirty room. Old food from previous guests in the fridge and on the patio. Since that wasn't cleaned, I assumed the rest of the room wasn't either. We spent 20 min wiping down every surface with sani wipes from the car. Mentioned this nicely at the desk... They didn't care. No bed coverings for the pullout couch and they refused to give us a comforter (Only an old torn, ratty blanket). I will not return and do not recommend.
Not impressed and not worth the money spent to stay here. Over $200 a night. We will try the Marriott next time.nnThe front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.
The room is very nice and has a lot of space. Really clean and has a beautiful view. They are following all guidelines for covid. Check in was quick and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
