The room was clean. (Beside the large dead roach on the floor by window. I had left it there for the housekeeping works to find in the morning. To only find that it was pushed to the corner of the wall left to be admired by me the guest who paid 92 dollars a night.nnThe room was cleannBedsnTowelsnTable all clean.nnJust way over priced for this kind of lodging.

Terrible, not even sure why I listened to these reviews below prior to checking in. Host at front desk wasn't customer service oriented. First room issued to me had already used opened bar of soap, shampoo wasn't a full bottle.. several hair stands on the pillow.. Red blood like stains on the ceiling. . I went to front desk with the issue, he didn't seem to believe me and wanted to check the room for himself before issuing me another room.. Which was a waste of time..I was tired and needed to lay down . 2nd room wasn't any better.. A large swab of hair was on the floor, hair strands on the pillows again, brown residue on the bed. Went to front desk again , and he didn't want to check me out the same day of my arrival nor issue/refund my membership points back to my account. He seemed like he didn't understand my issue.. I took pictures of the issue and he says that I been in the room too long to issue refund. I know that the roadway inn is not the best of hotels of the chain. I just needed a place to rest.. For a night so I used my points to do so.. But I also wanted it cleaned.. it's a pandemic. Never again I will take this risk again.

Perfect they need to tell there workers to stop Walking In on ppl when it's not even check out time this happened to me an my husband twice

I stopped here bc it was the only hotel around me with truck parking. Room was 2 star, hair every where, the shower, the sink, all over the bathroom. People walking around outside but I didn't come out anymore. This hotel is outdated but it's a Rodeway inn... so I didn't expect much. It was a bed that I had to be in for a 10 hr break, then I was out. Its good if you have no other choice and the truck parking was clearly made by a person who has never driven a tractor trailer!
