Great management team and property! They go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy. Shatoya and Kayla are awesome!!! Best team we've had in long time!! Thank you for your great customer service, for caring about the residents and all that you do! ( and thank you guys for the donuts!!!)

I have never lived in this apartment complex, but I have spent a great deal of time here due to friends living in the community. I would say that the buildings have fantastic curb appeal, but that's about it. They're beautiful on the outside, but not very impressive on the inside.nAccording to friends who live here they often charge extremely high water bill amounts that are devastating to one's typical budget. There is also a bad roach problem that is essentially left to residents to take care of themselves. And there isn't a lot of friendliness to be found in the front office according to many.nWhat they apparently don't mention to prospective residents is that the neighborhood is specifically low income housing, so people apply in flocks only to be denied and told after they've paid an application fee that they make too much money to live there.nEssentially the stories I have heard about this complex haven't been great. I would suggest any potential lookers to do a lot of research first. I think the community has a lot of potential, but it really does make a huge difference who is managing the place.

If I could rate them 0 I would , these are the most incompetent, ignorant and unprofessional people I’ve met in my life . DON’T apply at TUSCANY VILLAGE APARTMENTS! They will scam you for a measly $50 , you will only have 15 days to turn it your paperwork and they will do anything in their power for “ COMPLIANCE “ to cancel your application so you can pay for the application fee more than once. They are deceitful people DON’T TRUST them with any of your paperwork . And if they present you with task to get a “profit and loss “ statement they are about to waste your time and money ! In addition to that the gate doesn’t work and doesn’t have a key pad.
