3/7/21nThank you for taking care my daughter as she was stranded from other hotel I made reservations and they did not accept 3 rd party even thou she paid. I call girl at front desk in panic as mom and she took care my daughter!nI want say thank you so much!!
The bed was very small only big enough to fit one person. The bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. I had to call someone to come fix one of the eyes on the stove and it took days. Our air conditioner was leaked so we called some and he said it was fine it was just going to make a lot of noise. I went a full week without room service I had to keep calling the office. And it still took them two hours to come and clean the room because she said room service talked to someone and they said just drop towels and sheets off. Which was not the case because no one was there and even if it was the towels and things requested still wasn’t left. I was told I was going to get a partial payment back when I check out but I didn’t.
Decent room but location was perfect ! Beatrice & Monique were simply Outstanding!!!
Don't stay at this hotel, the women at the front desk is very disrespectful, water comes out of my floors, my ceiling was leaking and when I talk to the manager she cuz me out and asked me why did I pay the rent and didn't leave? I had to call the police, and the manager told the police to make me leave cause I was being to many problems? Lots of roaches and if you have any problems, there's no one to talk to but the women's at the FRONT desk and they don't care
The motel clerk is nice but the room had roaches I didn't even stay the whole night.
