Pharmacy services needs improvement. Waiting to pick up prescription takes too long both inside and out. Customer service skills needs improvement also.
Terribly RUDE staff. I am a tech at a different CVS and this is truly unacceptable. Tester treated boyfriend like he was stupid and made derogatory comments right in front of us. Would rather drive to a different CVS in another city than deal with that level of disrespect. Don't waste your time.
Been here twice after midnight and they have the doors locked. Building clearly states that this is a 24 hour store. Needs new management!!
Please replace Asma ASAP. WORST COVID tester on the planet. I had two appointments scheduled only to find out the tester left home early. Each time she left early I stopped by the Piedmont clinic testing place across the street. this is unacceptable. It also shouldn't take her 45 minutes per patient. go hire better interns and send her back to training school. at this point I trust former President Trump to give me a test faster and More reliably than her.nThe country is undergoing a pandemic not a vacation.
The people working at the pharmacy are some of the rudest and least knowledgeable people I’ve ever dealt with at any pharmacy. CVS employees for life, no doubt about it.
