We had a sporadic leak coming through our roof vent connected to our microwave and had been through multiple people out to inspect the issue. After many discouraging responses that were going to cost us a fortune and no definitive 'root cause' determined by anyone, Kevin from RoofCrafters ended up our hero! He inspected the vent connected to the roof and knew immediately it had been installed upside down. How such a simple detail was missed by so many others is disappointing but I am ever so thankful for giving this company a chance to come out and inspect. If you have roof leaks, I highly recommend these guys as they are actually knowledgeable in their trade and not trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs either!

Great company! Came out very quickly for a rush roof installation of a brand new building and left no trace when they were finished. The team who did mine was Gerado (Probably spelt wrong) and Ace. Very appreciative of them coming out on short notice to finish it before the rains this weekend. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good roofing company.

I’d like to start out by saying thanks to Chris Walker who quickly came out to inspect our roof for us after we noticed a water mark on the ceiling of our front porch. He pointed out our problem and gave us a quote for repair. After I asked for a quote to have the whole roof done, he came out to my house on a Sunday afternoon to show me the quotes he came up with and explained the whole process to me. I am extremely grateful to him for working around my schedule like that. I can’t stop there though, Jordan Summitt became the lead supervisor for the crew assigned to install the roof. He kept me informed and sent me pictures and the final checklist. His crew was very efficient and was done earlier than I expected. They did a great job of cleaning up and now I can’t wait for the next rainstorm. The level of professionalism and quality of work was worth every penny.

I would like to thank the estimator Joseph for his time and attention to detail. Even though we did not use RoofCrafters, I would like to complement him on how he constantly followed up with us, on how he dealt with our adjuster on our behalf and for always being there when we had questions about the entire process. He was awesome!

We had them inspect a roof on a possible house purchase. They were quick to respond. The communication was first rate. We ended up purchasing a different house or we would have absolutely used them. We will call them in the future as needed. I worked with Chris Walker. He was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely courteous. There were many options on products so I am sure the value depends on owner choice of product. I did not rate value as we did not choose any products at this time. Our experience was very positive.
