During my recent stay I found roaches in my room located in the bathroom, sink area, and one in my children's bed (that my son found). No one at the hotel was accommodating. When the issue was brought to the attention of the workers and manager, they all acted very defensive and tried to make it seem as if it was not a problem. It is a problem if I have to pay money to stay with bugs. The manager was extremely rude and the owner refused to reimburse us for the night we had to stay in a room knowing that there were bugs. As a result of this, my family and I had to checkout early and end our spring break vacation. This hotel looks renovated on the outside yet it is very dated on the inside. Others in my party complained of a bad smell from the carpet as well. I would not recommend this location. Please spend your money elsewhere!

If I could give this property a rating of 0 I would. The front desk staff at this location were extremely rude. I had an issue with some charges and when I asked the front desk attendant to assist, he proceeded to answer the phone, handed me a receipt and said for me to figure out with my bank. I have attempted to reach out to corporate to dispute the charges, only to be given the run around for the past two days. This is not how you run a company or a property. Not only is it unprofessional but it causes extreme stress for someone who is out of town. My family's trip was affected and we were stressed trying to find the resources to cover other bills that were due while we were out of town. On top of all this, the pool was absolutely disgusting with paper at the bottom and a film of pollen on top. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay in a Choice Hotel property ever and most definitely not the Comfort Inn at the Savannah Airport.

Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. I have to agree with some other reviews. The rooms are in need of a refresh. Also, we had only 2 washcloths and 1 bath towel. I have never had that happen.

Clean and comfortable. Lots of pillows. Decent breakfast buffet despite pandemic precautions. Appreciated that they accept pets.

The reason for this for one the pool IS NOT OPEN!!!! Number the 1 bedroom suite is not what's advertised!! It advertises an attached bedroom with a wall. It's really a big room with a desk dividing the bed and sofa bed. So no loving hubbys FYI lol. Other than that clean, simple, and it does get the job done
