This Marriott is a great location! I was worried that it was going to be loud or dingy since it is near the airport but absolutely no noise complaints from us. The rooms were nice, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The photos are from as we leaving so that's why there's a bit of mess but it was nice and clean when we got there. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here! Also, if you like shopping it is a stone throws away from a huge outlet mall and all kinds of places to eat and shop.
There was an issue with our room and Ms. Christina handle it in a timely manner. She went over and beyond, displayed professionalism and excellent customer service.
Very nice hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious Very comfortable too
Never got to check in by 3 pm they had a full house with low staff 530 pm came around room still was not ready had to cancel and book with another hotel. Front desk were friendly and apologetic.
Service was poor from the front desk, my requests were not honored, things were broken in the room, the room was dirty, dishwasher broken, very dirty and ugly carpet that looks like it wasn't cleaned in years. Furniture showed a lot of wear. They stuffed a sofa bed in to get more money but then the room is too small. Hotel out of water also...I mean...who runs out of water. Dont stay...you will be disappointed.
