When we first checked in, Ms Karin, Symphony and Star was absolutely wonderful. They were so friendly, professional and definitely made us feel welcomed. My husband and I have traveled to a lot of different states/hotels with him being a contractor and out of all of the hotels that we’ve ever stayed at I have to say this is by far the nicest and cleanest! It’s a non smoking hotel which is great so you don’t smell nasty cigarettes. If you want a reasonable priced, clean and friendly hotel I highly recommend staying here. Kudos to the wonderful staff and awesome service you all rock!!!

I previously made a good review about this place and never had any issues until today roughly 20 minutes ago. We have a complaint. At roughly 12:10AM we called the number 500 with the outdoor phone and after 6 tries finally managed to get someone on the line. We told her that our room keys were not working to get in the hotel, we had the cards they just weren’t working. We are standing outside in 30 Degree weather, speaking on the phone with the woman she told us “someone” would be right out to handle our issue which was fine, 10-15 minutes pass after being outside waiting to get in with myself, my girlfriend, and our 9 month on baby in the freezing weather. We called back and we asked when someone was coming because it was cold, she proceeded to say “well usually people don’t have their baby out at 1:00am in the morning. We found this very disrespectful. We asked for her name she said “Cynthia” after 5-6 times of asking, she was very rude and disrespectful. This woman needs to be terminated from her position or be held responsible for her actions. Also the website and inside states “24/7 on site staff” we were told by “Cynthia” that the tech had to come let us in because no one was there to do so. Isn’t not having staff on site a issue to start with, especially when they claim they do? I’ve stayed at if I had to guess probably around 40-60 different hotels around the state of GA,FL,SC,NC,IN,TN, and never once have had any one disrespect and have such scum of a staff member. NOTE MOST STAFF HERE IS FINE, the stay was NOT bad, However this really irritated us.

Do NOT give your business to this place. They have ZERO compassion, zero EMPATHY, AND ZERO PATIENCE. They will throw your belongings in the trash if you are even an hr late on your payment. They even got wrote up in the local newspaper for their horrificncustomer service and their statement to the news team was pitiful and unapologetic. These people, this hotel would not even pee on you if you w we re on fire! Run as fast as you can. Not worth the savings.

Laid back. Everyone minds their business and well mannered. very clean. A little noise but not enough to complain.

Symphony was absolutely amazing! Best customer service I had in a long time. Recently stayed here, everyone was helpful, happy, and the rooms where spotless. Not to mention that staff was helpful, with finding my watch, that was returned safely.
