I checked in on Saturday, December 26, 2020. The clerk at the front desk was not wearing a mask. I told her that I would be more comfortable if she would please put one on. Before I had the chance to offer her one, she said she’s not required to wear a mask. The cleaning staff that I saw also were not wearing masks. This is despite the sign they have showing a mask that states how they want to keep their customers and staff safe. There was no glass partition at the front desk to even offer any margin of safety.
Definitely the lowest quality, Quality Inn, I've personally been to. The first room I was checked into was used, probably by maintenance, and as the photos I have add show, they used the toilet, didn't flush, and left it for the guest to find, maybe a welcome present. The manager switched my room when I showed him the photos, but the second room wasn't any cleaner; the sofa and curtains had dark stains, while the bed sheets had yellow stains/spots. The bed was probably the toughest bed I've slept on at a Choice Property, absolutely terrible for resting. I would recommend not staying here if it's avoidable.
4/3/21 Rm#206nWell, at least there were no bugs. The room had drink rings on the bedside table, the carpet was littered with crumbs and bits of trash, there was hair in the tub, the mattress was uncomfortably firm, the fan on the heat/air unit in the room was VERY loud, the toilet paper was painful to use, the shower head generated inadequate water flow, there were stains on the shower curtain, the lights from the hall lit the room from all sides of the door, the noise from the highway was very loud, and anyone in the hall could be clearly heard. Breakfast was a bad joke, it was advertised as a hot breakfast, but there was only dry cereal, juice and an empty coffee pot @ 8:30am. The entire dining area looked like a tornado had come through. Breakfast was advertised as being available until 10am. The front desk was not staffed, although we found the staff outside smoking and she did tell us to have a good day. Our king size room was $115 before taxes and we certainly did not get our money’s worth.nThe location was easy access to 95 with plenty of parking and Cracker Barrel was across the parking lot.
I loved it it's where I'm telling everyone to stay that's planning a Savannah trip the only thing was the pillows are a little harder than I like. But I take my own anyways
This was absolutely by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever encountered. This was unsanitary. The walls were dirty, the carpet and the bathroom. Just filthy. It honestly looks like this place wasn’t cleaned ever. Just made the bed. Smelled horrible. They offered me another room which was just as worse, and on top of that the place looks amazing from the outside. Total misconception. They need a NEW cleaning staff that knows how to clean & sanitize. Smelt like a gym locker room. I wouldn’t have my dog stay there. Then they had the nerve to charge me 4x after I asked for a refund, pay for a room at the Marriott, this place is horrible.
