KRG Roofing

BEWARE!! I had this company come out to put a roof on a house I own. They came out tore the roof off and finished it within a day. Poor quality, instead of using a circular saw to cut out the holes in the roof they used the backside of a hammer. When it rained the fireplace began to leak. We had them come out and fix it. A few weeks later there was a indention in my ceiling. I went up the the attic and the ceiling beam was falling in from the force they beat on the roof with. After a month of trying to get this company to come fix it, I got no answers back. Finally a neighbor was getting their roof done and I had their representative call the owner for me to resolve this. The owner then saw the terrible job the crew did on my roof and decided to redo the entire thing and even the interior. This was good news. They came again and redid the roof and fixed the trust.....here I thought my problems ended. Now the roof is leaking where my fireplace is again but worse....they came out yesterday to supposedly fix the problem and I asked the guy to do whatever he could to keep it from leaking. Low and behold it is still leaking through these storms. Now the outer wall is being affected from this, and I have no idea when this will be resolved or when they are coming back. This has been a nightmare. It’s extremely hard to get a hold of the owner or response back from anyone.

I'm a little late in writing this. In June 2020 we had our roof replaced. From start to finish our experience was perfect. Our rep Thomas kept constant communication on the process and changes. Was readily available to answer any questions we had. The crew to start was prompt and finished that evening with no mess left behind. The manager came by and picked up the remaining supplies. Thomas came by the next morning to do another walkthrough to make sure everything was good and cleaned up.nThank you Thomas and KRG team for the amazing service and stress free experience!!!

TJ and his crew was very professional, job done in a timely manner. Here by 7 done before 2pm same day. TJ is very responsive always returned my calls in a timely manner. It was great doing business with him. Roof looks BEAUTIFUL ud83dude0a

I would like to thank KRG for a great job, quick response by my salesman Colton aka WH. I've spoken to three different roofing companies and they never came out to my home to give me a free inspection. Colton aka WH was responsive and stayed in touch during the entire process. He took care of both of my houses and even jumped thru a couple of hoops. But, it was a great experience and would do again! Recommend their services for re-roofs and repairs.
