I recently purchased a True Fitness treadmill from Scheller’s. Knowledgeable staff. Attentive, friendly, and genuine. No gimmicks or pressured sales pitches. Great experience working with several people within Schellers... I wish the selection was better but as many of you know who have shopped for anything at a bike store in 2020 it’s just like that. That being said they had the exact bike I was looking for in my size but James showed me another option and I was sold instantly. James did a great job helping me and made my day. Thank you again for my awesome new bike. When it’s time to upgrade the mountain bike I’ll definitely be back.
Great cycling shop with knowledgeable sales folks. I gave them three stars only because not a single employee was wearing a mask to keep customers safe. However when asked to don a mask the store employee found one and put it on. Many of the other customers didn’t wear masks either, so we didn’tnfeel very safe while buying bike equipment.
Great place. I just remembered when several years ago we stopped in to buy a replacement rear reflector for our daughter's bicycle. They were so concerned for her safety, they simply gave us one. What kind of shop does that? One that gets all of my future exercise business.
I was helped by James, and it was a great experience. He did what I needed done in 20 minutes, where I thought would take overnight. Very pleased and will be coming back. Thanks James!
