Actually the hotel itself was great! It was nice and clean! The staff I encountered were friendly. However, after my stay i was charged an extra 27$ for incidentals!!! I checked into the room at 647p and left around 2am. I didnt have any bags or luggage. I was told the room had candle wax all over it! Before i left i went back to the room to make sure it was neat! They can just add that charge with no proof
A little bit more priceier than the hotels around them...but nicer, cleaner, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. I can say this because my other family members stayed at the other hotels and commented that I had picked the best one. We even hung out in my hotel lobby for several hours in the evening to celebrate my birthday. upon leaving the hotel staff gave me a birthday card that they signed. Never in my life has that happen. We will definitely be back and hopefully bring our fury animals.
The concept is great. At the time of visit the hotel was only 2 years and had some wear. Overall a pleasant stay.
Staff was super nice. Rooms are super nice, comfortable and modern.nHowever i was traveling with 5 little kids and we found a needle cap in the room. We showed the desk and they gave us another room. It was not fun repacking all my suitcases and moving the kids even further down the hall.
Very clean, spacious and esthetically appealing. I had to wait to checkout longer than normal. The front desk clerk had steroid away, and no one else knew how to check me out. This appears to be a franchised location.
