Beautiful, clean updated rooms! Large glass stone fireplace on back patio with plenty of chairs and side tables! The staff was very accommodating and helpful! They also have a small store area with cold drinks, beer, wine and TV dinners, chips and healthy options as well!
Hotel room updated and clean.nHowever it was noticed that more staff needs to be on hand. Amber at the front desk was very nice but she was also handling folding towels. The next morning the front desk person was also handling the breakfast area. What's up staffing?
Courteous, helpful. Made me feel like a valued customer. Bed was so comfortable & room was very clean. I would certainly stay there again.
I really love staying here when we come visit our family in Midway! Deborah is a rock star and very nice. The last time we stayed was in August, because we were in town for my father's funeral. Deborah went out of her way to purchase us a sympathy card and had the rest of the staff to sign it as well. That really meant a lot to my family and I! The hotel is new also and very nice.
Staff is very nice and humble it's a very peaceful environment that was my experience front desk lady Deborah was very helpful and the housekeeping staff also
