I want to love this place due to their location and for allowing dogs, but I cannot recommend it if you care about masks and social distancing during the pandemic. There were individually wrapped food options for breakfast, but that does no good when you allow congregation of 20+ students in the dining room with their luggage and no masks. Also, the coffee pot was located in the bathroom (?!?) so I did not utilize that. For $350 with dog fee, I expect more out of a three night stay.
It is a nice hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed. The location seems like it will be conducive to a good night's sleep.
The staff was super friendly and although they had limited breakfast items they had microwavable food and plenty of coffee. I wish other choice hotels followed the standards that this one did. If you are looking for a comfortable bed and a hot shower this is the place to stay.
The woman at check in was nice.
However, our room wouldn't unlock. So we went from a queen bed to a full bed for the night. The bed was also slanted down towards the head and caved towards the middle. So my husband and I ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed to be comfortable.
They did have a Covid-19 safe breakfast. That was very nice.
Sadly, we wouldn't go back on our next trip

It was advertised as queen, but that was an extremely small queen bed. The review is meant for Quality Inn Payson.
Too expensive $$$! You hear water running from other rooms. Hiway is noisy. Clean enough
