I’ve been looking for a bike for several months ,finally went into shop today and met Dean, (I think he’s the owner.)nDean , had amazing energy directed me to accessories that I didn’t even think about. For instead a place I can put my phone and listen to music a basket and even a horn. I was able to walk out with the perfect bike with all my needs , At an amazing reasonable price . I wish I would’ve gone to the shop three months ago. If you’re shopping for a bike go to the bicycle store of Largo and make sure you ask for Dean , he is amazing.

Dean was a great person to meet; very personable & directed me to exactly what I needed. He's very knowledgeable & helpful! I've been to many bike stores looking for the right bikes & Dean was the first to direct me in the right direction for what I was looking for. Great prices, awesome service..what more can you ask for! I highly recommend this bike store to anybody looking for a bike & to great conversations with knowledgeable staff. I left the store knowing more than I did walking in!

I bought an electric trike from Dean. Don’t get me wrong, Dean is very personable, much more than his boss, Mark. Neither one mind you, adjusted the bike for me, you know where you sit on the seat , and they figure out where the handlebars and seat are supposed to be.Well, they never did it! I told them I needed a 24 inch bike, but this bike fit like a 20 inch. They said that it is a stretched out 24 inch bike. Has anyone ever heard of such? I sure haven’t. So, Dean gives me an extender for the seat and told me that I didn’t have to pay for it for all the trouble that I have been through. I took it home and tried it, it didn’t fit. I brought it back the following day but Dean wasn’t working but his boss, Mark was. I told Mark I was there to exchange the extender, and Mark asked how much I paid for it. I said Dean gave it to me , and Mark said, “we’re not in the business of giving things away “, and I told him that he would have to take that up with Dean. I asked if I could return the bike in exchange for another and Dean posed the question to his boss, Mark. Mark of course said no, since this was a trade-in bike. But, my point is, being a bike shop, they should have seen if the bike fit me from the very beginning instead of just taking my money. But in Mark’s words, “We’re not in the business of giving things away.”

I rode my bike up to this store today after reading through the reviews of this and a few other stores. I decided to give this one a try, and boy am I glad I did. Truth be told, I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cycling, especially the equipment/parts aspect. I'm not completely clueless, but by no means am I an expert.nnSo I set off to the store in search of a new seat post (because I couldn't mount the saddle to the post I currently have with the assembly the new saddle came with) and some pedals. On the way up there, my left crank arm popped loose (again, for the fourth time this month) so I decide I'm going to get a new crank assembly as well.nnI didn't call ahead, I just kind of walked into the store to see what I could find. The only employee staffed at the time was Mark, the owner. After talking to him and describing my issues, he informed me of an incredibly simple solution for mounting the new seat to my current post, and recommended only replacing one arm of the crank, as opposed to the whole crank set that I asked for. It would have been very easy for him to take advantage of my lack of knowledge to sell me products that cost much more, but he didn't.nnI was the only person in the store, so Mark actually took my bike and put it up on his rack and inspected it. Found a handful of issues with my bike (it's a roughly 10 year old Trek Alpha 4100) I just purchased from a neighbor, and talked with me about what I needed to have it ride like new.nnI didn't ask him to do any of this, but he took my back wheel off and adjusted the spokes to correct a bend I had in the rim, cleaned and lubricated my chain, adjusted my brakes, and installed the pedals and crank arm I had purchased, and ALL of these services were performed free of charge.nnI could not be any happier with the work performed, and on top of it all he was a great guy too, had a fantastic conversation while he was working on the bike. I've spent a decade and a half working in sales, customer service, and hospitality in many different industries and many different businesses. It's rare to find quality customer service like that with someone you can tell enjoys their job, has expert level knowledge, and isn't just trying to squeeze every penny they can from you, but actually cares.nnI read a few negative reviews about this business, and I'm scratching my head trying to figure out what these people possibly could have done to have a negative experience here. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I'll be coming back into the store within the next 2 weeks to get more work done on my bike, and they earned a life long customer in me.nnWhether you're a novice bike rider, or a cycling enthusiast, you owe it to yourself to come here for all of your cycling needs.

Brought in a Gary fisher bike that needed quite a bit of work and I was ok with paying to have it done. The young guy (who said he works there once every other week) looked at it and said it will cost too much and tried to sell me a bike. When I said “no I wanted to fix this one” he proceeded to tell me the owner would be upset if he took the bike in because it’s to much work (and the owner would have to do the work) when he can make money easier. I don’t get it, I was willing to pay on the spot because I didn’t want the hassle of fixing it, but I guess they only want to work for easy money. I’ll order the parts on Amazon and do it myself...thanks for your help bicycle store!!!
