Got here 5 mins before the mandated early closing to get food while there was a sudden emergency curfew that shut down all food options in Miami Beach on 03-20-21. CVS was the only option left. They already had the door locked, even though I had just called to make sure they were still open. The employees just stared at us and gestured rudely. Additionally, the day before I tried to use the bathroom (paying customer) and one employee told me the code— but when I got to the bathrooms, I found them locked/closed. I asked a nearby employee and she clearly didn’t want to talk to me to tell me they are closed. Shame on you CVS— 1) put signs up that bathrooms are closed if it’s a Covid thing and 2) we would’ve respected the 10pm closing and not dawdled. We aren’t crazy, non-rule following spring breakers— we are just trapped here with them!!!
