Amazing customer service! Frank is the best, I felt so welcomed and he answered all my questions - I never felt pressure to get something that was out of my range. I went today to city bikes midtown to fix a wheel of my bianchi road bike and I just had the best experience with customer service ever. Arnaldo was there since I walked in with a very prompt and nice attitude, asking me how can he help me so I explained the issue with my wheel and with the most nice and friendly attitude he help me fixing my issue ... also I asked him about a bike I want to buy and he explained me every option. I definitely will come back to this store and ask Arnaldo for help again.
One of the most important things I look for are the prices, and they have very reasonable prices and great service. The employees are very knowledgeable and they treat you with great respect.
